By this Application, the Applicant had sought permission to file his Vakalatnama in Revision Application (ULP) No. 67 of 2013 pending before the learned Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai and to contest the said Revision Application.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 states that the said Revision Application has been finally decided by the learned Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai and therefore, the aforesaid Application does not survive and is rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to challenge the order passed in the Revision Application. 4.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to state, that the Applicant is always at liberty to challenge the order passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal, Mumbai in Revision Application (ULP) No. 67 of 2013.
