The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing No.175 of 2014 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under section 448, 427 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Mr. Saste, learned APP for the Respondent-State on instructions of the Officer, who is present in the Court made a statement that after completion of the investigation into the said C.R. the Investigation Officer has filed "B" summary report and this report is accepted by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 28th Court, Mumbai. In support of his submission he placed on record a report dated 20.1.2016 of Senior Police Inspector, L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai. The same is taken on record.
