1] Having heard Mr.Saraogi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.Lalla, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and Ms.Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Designated Court under the provisions of MPID Act at Sessions Court, Mumbai to dispose of the Petitioner's application, which is at Exh.10 in MPID Case No.02 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, before proceeding with the trial of the said case. Ordered accordingly. 2] It is made clear that, we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all the issues are kept open.
