The Interim Application is filed seeking the following reliefs: "(i) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Superintendent Cash and Finance Department of Family Court, Pune to release and handover to the Applicant the British Passport bearing No.527167140 which expired on 18.03.2020 and the OCI card bearing No.A0959815 of minor son Krishna Chakrabarty. (ii) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to handover a copy of the British Passport of the Respondent to the Applicant/Advocate for the Applicant.

(iii) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to reimburse the costs/fees for renewal of the Passport of the minor child Krishna"

We further direct that after the British Passport is renewed, the amount of expenses incurred shall be intimated by the Advocate for the Applicant-wife, to the Advocate for the Respondent-husband. The said amount shall be reimbursed to the Applicant-wife within two weeks from the date of receipt of intimation thereof.

Inasmuch as we are told that the Applicant-wife is unwell, she is permitted to issue an Authority Letter (also signed by the Advocate for identification) addressed to the Superintendent, Cash and Finance Department, Family Court, Pune, who shall handover the Passport and OCI card to the person authorized by the Applicant-wife. List the Family Court Appeal on 22 December 2021 for directions. The Interim Application to stand disposed of accordingly. (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) (A.A.
