The petitioner is challenging order of the Trial Court refusing to take written statement of defendant No.1(A) on record to be the written statement of the sole defendant.

For the reasons stated in Writ Petition (St.) No.20987 of 2019 wherein it is held that the written statement filed by defendant Nos.1(B) to 1(D) needs to be treated as written statement of the sole defendant, the issue involved in the present writ petition need not be adjudicated.
