By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final hearing.

Mr.Rajpurohit, the learned AGP tenders a copy of the letter dated 12.11.2021 addressed by the Director of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai stating that if the Petitioners are ready and willing to submit an undertaking in terms of the conditions mentioned in the said letter, the Petitioners can be relieved from their hospitals and permit to join M. Sc. course at Respondent No.3 Institute. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

25.6978.21-wp.odt Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, agrees to give such an undertaking in compliance of the letter dated 12.11.2021 within 3 days from today to the concerned authority. The statements made in the said letter dated 12.11.2021 are accepted. The statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is accepted.

If the Petitioners render such an undertaking in terms of the said letter, the Respondents to comply with the compliance set out in the letter dated 12.11.2021 and to relieve the Petitioners from their hospital duties to join the M.Sc. Course, within 48 hrs from today.

The Writ Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly.

No order as to costs.
