Perused prayer clause (a). The notification dated 15th May, 2013 (page 44) shows that in respect of the proposal bearing No. EP-30, the development plan has not been sanctioned and in fact, objections have been invited to the proposal. 2.

If the petitioners have submitted objections within the time stipulated under the notification, the State Government is bound to consider the same. Therefore, at this stage, we decline to entertain the petition. The petition is disposed of. All the contentions are kept open.
