The grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposal for the approval to appointment of the Petitioners is pending since 31 January 2014 with the Respondent No.3-Administrative Officer, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. Respondent No.5-
rsk 2/3 18-WP-933-21.odt Educational Institute had submitted the proposal to Respondent No.3.

Upon receipt of the proposal from the RespondentEducation Officer/Management on 31 January 2014 the Administrative Officer has replied on 24 March 2014 pointing out certain shortfalls. Those are certain corrections in the joining report of Shri Waghmore, caste validity certificate of Shri Waghmore not produced, resignation letter of employee Smt. Khokar is not produced, Resolution granting approval to resignation of Smt. Khokar is not produced and copy of approval granted to Smt. Khokar is not produced.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that objections have been duly complied with and documents have been supplied. However, there is no letter to that effect pointing out to the Administrative Officer that shortfalls have been complied with nor particulars as on which date this fact was brought to the notice of the Administrative Officer is pleaded in the petition.

Appropriate course of action would be to permit the Petitioners and/or the Respondent-Education Institution to bring to the notice of the Administrative Officer by way of a written communication their stand that shortfalls are removed. Once
rsk 3/3 18-WP-933-21.odt such a written communication is made, the Administrative Officer can then examine and issue necessary directions. 5.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that written communication with necessary particulars and annexures will be addressed to the Administrative Officer within a period of 2 weeks. If such written representation is filed within the time limit as above, the Administrative Officer to take a decision within 8 weeks thereafter and subject to earlier time bound direction issued by this Court, if any communicate the same to the Petitioners.

Considering the fact that we had not issued notice to the Administrative Officer, the decision would be taken as per law. 7.
