This civil application seeks restoration of a civil application which was dismissed for default. The Respondents are absent though duly served. Even on the last two occasions, the Respondents were absent. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned and the order of dismissal dated 26 July 2012 passed in Civil Application No.1126 of 2010 is recalled and set aside and Civil Application No.1126 of 2010 is restored to file. The civil application to come up for orders on 24 February 2017. The Respondents to the civil application shall be duly served with this order and communicated the next date by the Applicants' Advocate.
