1] On 06.07.2022 the Bail Application No.1231/2020 was dismissed for want of prosecution.

The present application is filed for restoration of the said Application. Though the restoration is justified for the reasons cited in the Interim Application, it shall be subject to condition that the learned counsel whose name appears on record shall deposit the costs of Rs.5,000/- with the Kirtikar Law Library, within a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that the said amount shall not be recovered from the client.
