Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 21st February 2015 [copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C page 19 to the petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No. 2 shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and strictly in accordance with law.
