The Honourable Court by order dated 02.08.2017 has directed the Petitioner to serve notice to the Respondent. The Petitioner has pointed out that notice sent to the Respondent has returned with postal remark "No such person in this address home". The Petitioner has also made statement on oath about not having any other address of Respondent. The Civil Application is duly verified. In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed, notice by publication in newspaper as prayed. At this stage, Ld. Advocate for the applicant states that the matter has been circulated on 22.08.2017 before the Honourable Court. It is however noted that sufficient notice to the Respondent for its publication.
