In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail in the Trial Court, after filing of chargesheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merit and if an application, after filing of the charge-sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
