1] Heard learned Counsel for the applicant in these two applications. Perused the applications. On a condition that all office objections will be removed within four weeks from today, the delay in filing Civil Application No.2279 of 2016 is condoned and Civil Application No.2279 of 2016 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application No.2278 of 2016 and Civil Application No.2279 of 2016, accordingly stand disposed of. If office objections are not removed within the period of four weeks from today, the order dismissing the petition for non prosecution will stand restored.
