By this application the learned Counsel for the applicant has sought to stay the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 28th November, 2016 in MACP No.1045 of 2011 passed by the MACT, Nashik.

By the impugned judgment and award the Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.15,72,500/- with interest @ 7.5% from the date of application till realization.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that as per the pps

6-iii- caf-2276-17.doc Award the total amount of Rs.21,13,748/- which is inclusive of interest has been deposited before the MACT, Nashik. The learned Counsel for the respondent does not dispute the said statement. 4.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 28th November, 2016 passed by the MACT, Nashik in MACP 1045 of 2011 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
