There is no reason to entertain this petition. The order dated 10/08/2015 which is challenged in this petition, is not quite clear. The order has granted Opponent leave to file written arguments. However, the order is silent as to whether the Petitioner is granted such leave or not. Accordingly, it is clarified that the Petitioner also has leave to file written arguments. Such written arguments will be filed within one week from today. The Tahsildar to consider the written arguments of both the parties and only thereafter make final order in the matter.
