Heard the applicant, who appeared in person as well as Shri. Venegaonkar, the learned advocate appearing for the passport authority.

It is not disputed that in past the applicant is permitted to travel abroad. Hence the following order.

ORDER

The application is disposed of with a direction that the concerned authorities to renew the passport of the applicant as per Provisions of relevant Rules.
