This is an application for reducing the bail amount from Rs.40,000/- to the extent of Rs.25,000/-. It is stated in the application that the applicant's father was not in a position to arrange the surety amount of Rs.40,000/- due to lack of documents.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, though the application is opposed by learned APP, in the interest of justice, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
