The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1 on record who are the Applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(c). Since the Learned Advocate Ms. Neuty Thakkar has already filed Vakalatnama for the said heirs, the need to allow the above Civil Application is obviated. The Petitioners to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition within two weeks from date. The Civil Application in view of the Vakalatnama as filed has turned infructuous and disposed of as such. [R.M.
