By this Civil Application, applicantInsurance Company is seeking permission to carry out the amendment in the cause title to correct the name of respondent Nos.3 and 4 as per Schedule.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am S.C. Magar 1/2

84(b).caf.1088.2019.doc satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "a) Amendment to insert the correct names of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be allowed as mentioned in Schedule to the memo of appeal as well as in all civil applications;"

b) Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

d) No order as to costs.
