This is an application for recalling the order dated 3.10.2017 by condoning the delay in filing the application and also for setting aside abatement. The applicant has also prayed for deleting original applicant and in its place bringing applicants No.1 to 4 on record. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today.

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (d) with no order as to costs. C.R.A. is restored to its original position. Order accordingly.
