This interim application is taken out for amending the civil revision application in terms of the schedule annexed therein. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the schedule of amendment.

The schedule includes insertion of some grounds along with addition of prayer clauses (a) and (b) in the civil revision application by deleting the existing prayer clauses (a) and (b). This has been necessitated since the writ petition is converted into a civil revision application and, therefore, the grounds and prayers are necessarily to be amended.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 fairly states that he has no objection for the amendment being allowed. 5.

The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

The present civil revision application shall be listed along with Civil Revision Application No.7757 of 2021 along with Interim Application (St.) No.7759 of 2021. The order of status quo granted in the civil revision application shall continue to remain in force till the next date of hearing. List both the civil revision applications on 14/12/2021.

The parties shall make all endeavours to work out the civil revision applications, finally.
