1] Considering the nature of accusations levelled in the subject CR registered with Borivali Police Station invoking offence under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, the Investigating Officer has issued notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. to the Applicant on 09.05.2022.
2] It is stated that the Applicant has not responded since she was apprehending arrest.
3] In the wake of above, the Applicant shall respond the said notice by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today. The Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case he arrives at a conclusion that arrest is necessary.
