Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited request for the present for a direction to the Family Court to decide the interim application which is at page 130 of the writ petition for interim maintenance expeditiously. 2.

Considering that the application is made for interim maintenance, the Family Court is requested to decide the application expeditiously and preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date on which the copy is placed on record. Learned counsel submits that they would do so on 15/9/2022.
