Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicants seek permission to travel abroad, between 27th July, 2019 to 1st August, 2019. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that although there was no restriction or condition imposed on the applicants not to travel without permission of the Court, in view of the look-out notice issued the

2/3 applicants are constrained to file the aforesaid application. He submitted that the applicants have already booked their tickets to Russia and back from 27th July, 2019 to 1st August, 2019. He submitted that the applicants are in a tour business and take people abroad. He submitted that in the trip to Russia, the applicants will be taking along with them a group of 25 people. He submitted that the applicants are ready to abide by any of the conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Learned Counsel for the applicants has given the itinerary, which is on page nos. 18 and 19 of the application as well as the Air Tickets.

Accordingly, the application is allowed, on the following terms and conditions :-

ORDER

i) The Applicants are permitted to travel abroad, between 27th July, 2019 to 1st August, 2019.

ii) The Applicants shall furnish their itinerary and details of the places/addresses, where they will be residing during the aforesaid period, alongwith the telephone numbers, to the concerned Investigating Officer,

3/3 before leaving India;

iii) The Applicants to inform the concerned Investigating Officer, of their return.

Learned APP states that she will inform the concerned Investigating Officer, not to detain the applicants on the basis of the lookout notice. 6.

It is made clear, that the applicants will not be detained, pursuant to the look-out notice, considering that this Court has granted permission to the applicants to travel abroad, between 27th July, 2019 to 1st August, 2019.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 8.
