The learned Counsel for the appellant/insurance company submits that the entire decretal amount alongwith the interest accrued thereon is already deposited in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and hence, he seeks continuation of the stay granted by this Court on 11.8.2017.

In view of the above, the interim stay granted on 11.8.2017 is extended till final disposal of the appeal.
