DATED :- SEPTEMBER 21, 2016 P.C. :- After brief hearing, Mr. Upadhyay seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prosecute the pending appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). It is conceded very fairly that the appeal is filed belatedly, but an application to condone the delay in filing that appeal is pending and equally other applications including seeking interim relief. 2) In the light of the order passed on 22nd August, 2016 and when there is no change in the situation thereafter, the petitioners need not have any apprehension.
