Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and accordingly tender the Consent Terms entered into by and between the petitioner and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. By the said Consent Terms, the parties have agreed to withdraw the cases filed by them respectively in various Courts, in view of the settlement. The petitioner and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to abide by the Consent Terms and fulfill the obligations and undertakings made by the respective parties in the said Consent Terms. SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.2913.16.902.doc The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have handed over post dated cheques to the petitioner, who is present in Court pursuant to the Consent Terms entered into between the parties (as security). In view of the Consent Terms, the order attaching the respondent No.2's salary will not survive. It is not necessary for further attachment of the petitioner's salary starting September 2018. Accordingly, in view of the Consent Terms, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. The parties shall also move an appropriate application before the Family Court informing them of the Consent Terms filed today so as to enable the learned Judge, Family Court to pass appropriate orders. Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
