Learned Advocate for the Appellant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this Appeal as per the instructions of his client vide e-mail dated 22nd September, 2023, the same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

He further states that the amount of Rs.13,45,000/- along with accrued interest deposited in the trial Court be allowed to be withdrawn by the original claimant. The original claimant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited with the concerned MACT along with accrued interest.
