Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's application / representation dated 19th July 2016 for regularisation of the offending structure situated on Survey No.40/1, Plot No.19 Jaysingpur, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

During the pendency and till the final disposal of the said representation, notice impugned in the present writ petition shall not be acted upon and in the event orders passed on the said patilsr 1 / 2

representation be adverse to the interests of the Petitioner, same shall not be implemented for the period of two weeks from the date of communication thereof to the Petitioner.
