By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 53 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 16.01.2017 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No. 408 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
