After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to entertain the aforesaid petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file an appropriate application seeking petitioners discharge, before the trial Court.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
