Mr.Walvekar, learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondents are served. Learned counsel seeks liberty to delete the name of the respondent no.6 on the ground that she was not traceable for the purpose of effecting service even before trial court. Leave to amend is granted to delete the name of the respondent no.6 from the civil application.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicant is directed to remove all other office objections within two weeks from today. No order as to costs.
