DATE : 2 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, informs that there is certain change in circumstance i.e. the parties have entered into Divorce by mutual consent. According to her, the Respondent/Complainant is ready and willing for quashing the FIR by consent.

In the aforesaid background, prayer is made for withdrawal of the petition. As such, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

However, the withdrawal will not come in the way of the
