After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this application on merits. She submitted that since the Applicant is in custody since 21/08/2019, the trial Court be directed to complete the trial in a time bound manner.

The request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to make all the efforts to complete the trial as far as possible within nine months from today.
