DATE: DECEMBER 01, 2021 P.C.:- 1] After having heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, Condition No.3 of judgment and order dated 27/5/2021 passed by the learned Sessions Court, Thane is modified to the extent that the amount to furnish cash surety is reduced from Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs 50,000/-. The said condition No.3 of the said order shall now read as under:- "3] Taking into consideration the present situation under Covid-19, applicant/accused is alternatively allowed to furnish cash surety of Rs 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand only) in addition to furnish two sureties each of Rs 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only)."

2] Application is accordingly disposed of.
