At the outset, learned APP makes a statement that the investigating agency has filed '

15-aba-1642-19.odt of this statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application. However, he expresses his apprehension that, in future if the investigating agency decides to arrest the applicant, there should be some protection. On this submission, learned APP, on instructions of the investigating officer who is present in the court, makes a statement that, if in future, the investigating agency decides to arrest the present applicant in connection with the present offence, they shall give four clear working days' notice to the applicant to enable him to approach an appropriate court for appropriate relief. This statement is also accepted. 2.
The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 3.
In view of disposal of A.B.A.No.1642 of 2019, the Interim Application No.498 of 2019 does not survive and it is also disposed of accordingly.
