Heard Mr. Omkar C. Punekar, son as also the Power of Attorney Holder of the petitioner and Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for respondent. 2.

Mr. Omkar Punekar has tendered photocopy of Aadhar Card as also photocopy of the Power of Attorney given by the petitioner in his favour. The same are taken on record and marked 'X collectively' for identification. Mr. Omkar Punekar states that the controversy in this Petition between the parties is settled out of Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Mr. Singh has no objection. 3.

On the motion made by Mr. Omkar Punekar, son of the petitioner, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. In view of the disposal of the main Petition, Civil Application No.1714 of 2015 for modification of the order dated 09.10.2014 does not survive and the same is disposed of. Order accordingly.
