The learned Counsel for the respondent has tendered a copy of the order dated 27.8.2018 passed by the Apex Court in S.L.P. No. 22386/2018. That S.L.P. was filed challenging the order dated 3.8.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7959/2018 refusing to club the Custody Petition with Divorce Petition. While dismissing S.L.P., the Apex Court granted liberty to the respondent to move the Family Court for early hearing of Divorce Petition No.A/141 of 2018.

4.

For the reasons given by the learned trial Judge in the letter dated 14.3.2019, the learned trial Judge is given six months extension for disposal of Custody Petition No.D-44/2013. Order accordingly. 5.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial Judge.
