This Petition is filed by the State challenging the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal setting aside the order of transfer of the Respondent dated 4 May 2020. This Petition was filed in October, 2021, thereafter, it has remained pending without there being any order.

The learned AGP for the State states that as per his

R.V.Patil 2 49 WP.8386.2021.doc instructions, even though the order of transfer was set aside, the Respondent has followed the order of transfer, therefore, nothing survives in this Petition.
