By this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to quash the FIR No. I/494/2014 dated 29th August 2014 registered with Nallsopara Police Station against him. Mr. Yagnik, learned APP for the State placed on record the report dated 20th April 2015 made to him by the Nalasopara Police Station and submitted that investigation in the said FIR is over and investigation does not disclose the commission of any offence and police are likely to file appropriate report to that effect before the concerned Magistrate. In view of the submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition and same is accordingly dismissed. Interim order stands vacated. [SMT.
