In view of the aforesaid, leave is granted to withdraw this appeal. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the appellants further states that the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal, since, they have taken out proceedings before the Joint Charity Commissioner for de-registration of the trust.
