This is an application for permission to deposit cash surety, in view of the surety bond. The Applicant is in jail since last two years. By the order dated 4th October, 2021, he is allowed to deposit an amount of Rs.15,000/-, in view of the surety bond. The application is allowed in terms of the said order.
