Out of 15 representations, 9 representations in respect of correctness of the caste certificates and validity certificates have been decided by the Scrutiny Committee.

In the circumstances, we find that though there is a delay in complying with the order dated 22-01-2018 in disposing of the Petitioner's Application/Representation there has been substantial compliance thereof. 3.
We record the statement of the learned AGP that the decision in respect of pending 6 representations shall be taken within a period of two months from today.
