Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances set out in the civil application and the civil application could not be filed within the time prescribed for the same reasons. Statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
