This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to regularize the service of the petitioner. We find that for the relief claimed the petitioner can approach Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the redresseal of his grievance. In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in the matter with liberty to the petitioner to approach Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for redresseal of his grievance.
