The principle relief sought in the above petition is the registration of an FIR under Sections 403, 405, 406, 409, 418, 423, 463, 464, 465, 466, 468, 474, 477A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The written complaint of the petitioner dated 27th February, 2017 is

Rane * 2/2 * Monday, 25.9.2017 addressed to the Additional Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Pune, having regard to the fact that, the EOW does not directly register an FIR, the relief sought against the EOW for registering an FIR cannot be acceded to. However, we direct the Senior Inspector of Police, Chinchwad Police Station to look into the complaint of the petitioner dated 27th February, 2017 to enquire into the same and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within six weeks from date. The said complaint of the petitioner is annexed to the above petition as Annexure-F at page-134. It would be the obligation of the Senior Inspector of Police, Chinchwad Police Station to communicate the outcome of the said enquiry. With the directions as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

The petitioner may approach the Senior Inspector of Police, Chinchwad Police Station within one week from date.
