DATED : 24th AUGUST, 2022 P.C:- The applicant was served with a notice u/s.41-A(1) of the Cr.P.C by the Jalupura police station, Jaipur. Notice dated 9/8/2022 ask him to respond and remain present before the concerned officer, in connection with C.R.No. 204/2022 within a period of 7 days.

Since there are sufficient safeguards provided u/s.41A where before effecting arrest, and it is imperative that the Investigating Officer to record reasons in writing, I am not inclined to entertain the present application, by which the applicant seek transit Anticipatory Bail for a period of six weeks. Application is rejected.
