This is an application for pre-arrest bail in CR No.292 of 2017 dated 25.5.2017 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur under Sections 327,324,143,147,148,149,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The record indicates that co-accused Sainath S. Thengil who has been attributed with the same and/or similar role rather little higher role than the applicant in the present crime has been granted prearrest bail by this Court by an order dated 11.8.2017. 3.

After perusing the record, it clearly appears that the applicant has played same and/or similar role to that of Sainath Thengil. In view thereof, the applicant has made out a case for his release on prearrest bail. 4.

Hence,the following order.

a) In case of arrest of the applicant in CR No.292 of 2017

2 /2 ABA-1422-17-4 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 327, 324,143,147,148,149,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

b) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

c) The applicant shall not commit the similar offence. d) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on coming four Sundays between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and to cooperate the Investigating Officer during the investigation. e) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
