This is a second bail application by the same applicant. He had earlier approached this court for his release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application No. 729 of 2020. That application was rejected vide a reasoned order dated 25/08/2020. In that order it was specifically observed that the court was worried about the future implications if the applicant is granted bail. The victim had serious threat to her life. When I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial court for making an application for expediting the trial. The request is reasonable.

The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial court for making appropriate application for expeditious hearing of the trial. With these observations the application is disposed of. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
